The Move

Around March Nathan and I were looking for ways for Nathan to attend school full-time. Our schedule was too crazy with both of us working and left no time for Nate to attend school and we wanted to take out minimal student loans. The lease with our rental property was due to be up in March so we made a decision to rent out our house in the valley and move back up to our house in the mountains, which happens to carry no house payment. It wasn't really a tough decision. We loved living there before and knew we wanted to get our kids out of the valley. Our house rented out quickly and we moved up a the end of March. Since I was now home with kids full- time (which I am absolutely esctatic about!) we tried to make it a goal to go out with the kids most weekends and do something fun. We have so many great things to experience here in our area. One of the first things we did was to take the kids to an old gold-mining town.

And of course, we stopped to get icecream at the Icecream Parlor.

Christmas 2010

We ran out of milk and had to serve Santa rootbeer! The kids were pretty concerned:)

Their big family gift was a trampoline. Santa had many elf helpers to help him set up that gift!
