Any Good Suggestions??

My little sister is here now, so now I am ready for any suggestions on how to get this baby moving by the weeks end!! Now that we are finally ready for her to come it seems that now even all of the "fake" contractions having started to slow down!!:) We'll do some walking tonight and I'll probably walk the kids to and from school tomorrow. It's been so dang hot lately that walking during the day has been pretty unpleasant. Any food tricks out there BESIDES caster oil?

    Wait for a full moon. My midwife for my last pregnancy swore by it.
