She was extremely
dainty about eating her cake for the first five minutes. She used her spoon and didn't have any in her hair. About ten minutes into it she decided to go ahead and just take a hand full. She had already eaten a lot of the cake by then. All I had to do when she was done was wash her hands and face. So very different than the boys were. All of them needed a major hoses down after wards!

Our baby girl turned one yesterday. She seems so grown-up to me now. She walks really well now and she has turned into a little spoiled thing. She can often be heard screaming because she is not getting her way about one thing or another. It's so fun to have a little girl though and have girl toys and clothes around the house. I am so thankful to finally have that in our home. It was not to long ago that I had to hold back tears every time I saw a sweet little girl. I was so afraid at the time that there would be no little girl coming to our family. I am still amazed to this day to see a pink outfit come through the wash or to see a doll on the floor and have that thought that I actually have a little girl.
